When I had my first set of pods they were Passiflora and there were 3 different colours: Blue, Purple and Pink and they were S2: n01, n02 and n03. I received my Valerian pods a couple of weeks ago and have just realised that they are all Pink, S1, n03’s - is this correct or should there be 3 different pods?

Yes, they are all the same.
I think the team are just sending the pods which had the most acceptable flavour in the first round of S1
