Hi guys,just arrived home from incredibly two weeks in Spain(no passionflora vines to be seen) and my 3rd box is here to start Passionflower trials!!eeek!!
I have seen so many great hibiscus on my trip but not one passionflower:rofl:Thankyou so much again huys,im so ruddy proud of you.im so happy to ve in my bed with white noise,black out curtains,earplugs,tea and pods!!

Yup! So far I’ve been a bit erratic because I’ve been travelling and having a little too much fun in Munich so not my usual London routine. But hoping to settle down … sofi score could be better!! xx

I hope munich was incredible!!heard the night life is insane!i think im about 70 sonething.im on day 3 of passionflower but im all over the place with pist vacation and back to work…lets hope we both get into a sleep routine soon lol👍

Munich is an awesome city to visit and I have family there to visit so I have an excuse! I’m trying to settle down into sleep as well now that I’m back in London but I think it may be a few more days yet! Here’s to a restful night. xx
ps but you be pleased to hear that nowhere is really safe from the reach of our sofi … as I landed there so did two refill packs independently! Germany has a great culture of plant-based and natural treatments so the start of a small beachhead for our sofi!
