So great that your Ashwa starter pack has made it to you @josephinenicholson9 … what’s amazing is that we are going to cycle through all the plants on this generation of sofi platform so you will also get a chance to try valeriana and passiflora (as well as future plants). sofi will be listening to see how you feel and sleep evolves over time as you go from plant to plant and in the process identifies the one that works ideally best for you! Welcome to the start of an amazing relationship with this old friend. From what we know it’s been a 25 million year partnership … that’s why we say our core mission is to “reconnect” people and plants!
