Just over the last 5 weeks or so the bubbles seem to stop reacting to tapping to change the emotion. When I tap the first bubble it changes then the other bubbles go blank. Then when I tap to finish it just reverts to original emotions not the ones I want. It doesn’t happen every time but don’t know if anyone else has the same problem.

That has happened to me quite a lot. When it does, I usually find that more than one page of my sofi app is open, so i close everything and start again.
That might be worth a try?

Bubbles still not behaving themselves despite a lovely new format. When I change the emotion on one bubble the other bubbles go blank. Hopefully it’ll calm down in few weeks. I really like the new format though.
