I’ve been using pod 1 for more than 6 days and am now finished with it. How do I move onto the next pod?

If you are on the fragrance sprays ( ??), it should say on the instruction card i think, that you spray for 6 days, have one day without, and then choose the next one.
If you are on the herbal mouth sprays, then just move on to another capsule. You can choose which one to do next (only the first one is suggested for you to start with). The app will recognise which capsule is inserted next.

I’m on the fragrance spray…. So that means I just change the pod and move to the next one?

No, as i said above, leave one day without using a spray before you move on, as per the instruction card in your pack.
I havent tried the fragrances yet (only available to the US so far, i believe)
If you don’t have the instructions, then i know from reading in here that it is 6 days using the spray; 1 day off; then 6 days with the next spray; 1 day off; and finally 6 days with the 3rd spray

Thank you so so much. I knew to wait a day but thought there was something else I needed to do to let the system know I was ending one and starting another. I really appreciate your help!

Thats ok, glad to have helped.
As I said, i haven’t tried the fragrance sprays but Im pretty sure that you don’t have to do anything other than having a day’s break between the pods.
The smart sofi pod “knows” you are using a different spray and i expect that when you insert it, it will say what number spray you have put in.
It does that with the ingestible sprays so i reckon it will work the same with the fragrances.
Just out of interest, which number spray did you try first, and did you like it?
I have read that some people found that the fragrances not only helped with their focus but seemed to help with sleep too!
I’m looking forward to perhaps being able to try them in the UK!
