How many sprays

I’m confused. Am I supposed to use all the spray before moving on or use for 7 days or 10 days and then move to next?

Hi, are you on the fragrance sprays or the herbal mouth sprays? It matters because the instructions are different

There should be an instruction card in your pack

If you are on the ingestible sprays you finish each capsule then move on to the next.

If you are on the fragrance sprays you use one for 6 days then have 1 day without any, use the next one for 6 days then 1 day without, and then finally the 3rd spray.
