When do I change to the next spray? My first one is finished should I just switch or do I have to wait for a motion the app to change?

Yes, change when it has finished, assuming you are on the herb mouth sprays. Although you were asked to start with a particular spray, you can choose which to use next.
If you are on the fragrance sprays you will see that the instructions on the card in the pack say to spray for 6 days then have a day without spraying, then go to the next capsule and spray for 6 days etc
