Have you tried exiting the app entirely and then trying it again?
I contacted the technical team once again and will get back to you with an update
I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled and signed back into the app. It still seems to refuse to end the study.
I’m fully recharging the pod and giving another try so everything’s got its best chance.
