Hi @alexwalkerjones,
I have completed all 3 pods and the counts were at 0/70.
Its not possible to do the next step of end study because it’s telling me to finish the last capsule (no 1) even though the spray count is zero and the capsule is empty.
All info on sleep last week has disappeared and number of journals has gone to zero.
Can i fix this myself or is it an app problem? I think @Aaron finished his pods some days ago but no mention of not being able to end study.
Partly resolved. I manually updated the App although it says it is the same version as before, but the sleep record and number of journals is back as it should be.
Still won’t let me end the study though and showing the same instructions as in my first post in this thread, i.e. ‘finish the spray’ (when the finished capsule is in the pod) or ‘insert new capsule’ (when the spray is removed) and ‘Can’t end study, check connection and try again’.
Not quite sure what ‘connection’ means in this case. I have tried with last capsule in pod, and capsule removed after finishing it.
Internet connection is ok
Hi Aaron, sorry, i thought you started before me. Maybe that was kirill, or you are doing fewer sprays a day.
I miss it. I used to wake up feeling groggy, but there is no replacement of groggy for ‘tired’ in the bubbles and Im always tired! I didnt mind the grogginess as it seemed that Ashwa was having an effect and it would wear off once i had got up!
Pod keeps telling me to insert a capsule though it must know i have finished the lot down to 0/70 sprays.
I’ll be interested to know if you also have trouble ending the study when your time comes.
Thanks for your reply. Hope you are having a good weekend x
I tend to do about 3 sprays a day , otherwise I get a upset tummy I found , 3 before bed and I tend to feel drowsy by 9/10pm and , wish it would help me stay asleep for the whole sleep though
To whoever has fixed the App problem for ending the study …Thank You
I tried many times over the last 2 days … it didn’t work and asked me to insert another capsule.
But i was able to end the study this morning on my first attempt. Much appreciated.
Ah! This is great news @drmudlark - and happy that it resolved. You were not alone in experiencing that bug, so I’m going to see if the same thing has happened for the other pioneers experiencing the glitch too.
Occasionally, fixing one bug can accidentally (in a good way!) fix another, so it’s all very fun to keep track of as I’m sure you can imagine. But thank you for the above screen shots and updates, as these are always such a help
Worth trying until one of the team gets back to you. My similar problem went away after I made a few attempts to end the study. Or there was a fix behind the scenes that i didn’t know about!
My app version is 3.3.19 so it might be worth trying to update your app too.
Hi @Jenifer - thanks so much for posting. There may be an updates version of the app in this case, so it’s worth uninstalling and reinstalling to check. We then recommend leaving your home screen open for 5-10 minutes as any automatic updates will occur at this time. Tagging @Kirill here to confirm for us whether this is the case and should get it solved
