Have those who have tried the focus fragrance sprays experienced an improvement in focus? I see posts about preferred frangrances, but little about if they actually helped improve focus. Any input?

Hi there, Iāve checked my emails and my spam and canāt find an email. I do believe I am eligible. I have a working pod and I am not currently using any formulations.
I would love to be considered as I havent had success with the two plant sprays I have tried up to now.

This also happened to meā¦that the circuit board came off when i unplugged from chargerš. I put it back in and am able to connect but ever since that my depressions for sprays are much harder to do. Also alex can you please check if im signed up for the focus fragrance please? I opted in but do not recall getting any confirmation email. I have not had any luck with the sprays so far - they give me immediate indigestion too so im hoping maybe a fragrance will work better by bypassing the digestive system. Still hoping 1 day to be one of these people posting about sucess in sleep!

I can totally relate to this Cathy. Indigestion and a little stomach upset with the ashwaganda. Hoping the fragrances will be more suited.

There are no instructions in my sofi parcel or in the box with the pods. Can you send me a link to instructions please so I can get going.

Just wanted to say thank you for letting me partake in the Fragrance study.
I almost missed out as Evri delivered my parcel to an empty house 2 doors down from me but my neighbour walked past and saw my name on it.
Then I had to read up on instructions in the Tree House as those were missing from my parcel & likd a few others, I almost sprayed it into my mouth - also habit.
But weāre good now and as Iām sat here typing this, Iām sat on my sofa smelling of Satsumas, I guess? Ha, Iāve not found a list of whatās in the Fragrance pots but goodness they smell intriguing.

Hi, the instructions about use are in the email that was sent about your fragrances arriving, but glad that you found them in the treehouse.
Re the ingredients ā¦
This is what Alex posted on the thread about wellness fragrances, although it doesnāt say what essential oils they are:
"Unlike our plant formulations which are single-ingredient based with a teeny amount of additional ingredients for mixing purposes and taste - our formulations are significant scent blends with descriptions, provided to us by our fragrance partner, as follows:
- focus 1: crafted using an expert blend of 6 essential oils. sustainably sourced and produced using green chemistry. 100% natural and biodegradable. palm-oil free.
- focus 2: crafted using an expert blend of 1 essential oil with 95% natural origin ingredients. sustainably sourced and produced using green chemistry. highly biodegradable. palm-oil free.
- focus 3: crafted using an expert blend of 7 essential oils. sustainably sourced and produced using green chemistry. 100% natural and biodegradable. palm-oil free.
Unfortunately, we arenāt able to provide a specific ingredient breakdown of the technology, like we do for our other formulations, as our fragrances are not something you ingest."
I started with no 2, which according to the above is just 1 essential oil. Nice smell but i cant work out what it is!ā°

And indeed - the instructions are in the email. Good job these fragrances are supposed to help with focus 
Well, interestingly capsule 2 (just from sniffing the outside) smells super familiar.
Either way,this is a very good time to try these as I have plenty of courses and exams coming up.
Will report back on my favourite fragrance after 3 weeks and a couple of coin flips

Hi everybody, hope are all thriving. Just had a parcel delivery by Evri. Have given them a horrible rating. My first delivery never arrived mid-week as they said it had been damaged beyond recovery, todays parcel was ripped open at the bottom and I donāt know if anything is missing. Sealed carton contains 3 pods and nothing else. Hope that was all.

Thats Evri for you. Changing their name from Hermes hasnāt made them any better. Much like changing Windscale to Sellafield!
They leave my parcels on a public pavement to be stolen. Luckily sofi packages fit through my letterbox.
I would say you have everything that was sent. My inside box was not sealed; same for everyone else from what i have read. But if you have 3 capsules, that is complete, plus maybe a little black and white card that tells you which number to start with
