I just had an email to cofirm that my subscription has started and a receipt for payment, thats given my mood a lift, had CT scan today, so a step closer to finding out what the next treatment step is, but im gonna ask for it to start after Christmas if thats possible. Thanks for the subscription news, amd can you fell me how to order for the next month if i want to swap to ashwagandha please @alexwalkerjones
Today is the day! Our very first subscription orders are preparing to ship, and your new pod and capsules will make it to you very soon @MissTQ!
If I’m not mistaken, as soon as your new pod is paired and the app recognised that your subscription has begin, you’ll be able to swap your plant for next month directly in-app by selecting “change plant.”
Of course if you get stuck when it arrives, simply shoot me a message and we’ll get ashwagandha lined up for you next month

Thanks for your question @steven25, I can confirm that all subscription shipments left our headquarters on the 23rd and our fulfilment centre suspects that they should be arriving to most Pioneers by the end of today / tomorrow!
Please let us know as soon as they do, and we’ll keep an eye out for new pods being paired in the meantime to confirm arrival

I haven’t had mine yet, but I did forget to look in ny safe place when I came back from the dentist, never a good place for me is the dentist, I’ll go down and check, or send Steve to check!! I slept until 11.34am today, had my passifloral last night, forgot to log it though, just sprayed it, and went to bed st 12.30am, only woke briefly twice, that twice this week I’ve slept past 11am. Good to know that I have my subscription sorted, good luck guys

Well its saturday and still no subscriotion, it was posted on the 23rd Nov, its 2nd Dec, i guess itll be another couple of days now.
