I would like to ask when my order is going to arrive I pay for the product 3 months ago.

Hi @LP13 , if its not too presumptuous of me, who did you buy your Sofi supply from? I’m not sure when it went on sale and not certain it’s in the stores for resale yet. Could be wrong and hope I am.

Sofi have launched a subscription service, but Im not sure if that was as far back as 3 months ago. As far as i know the pod and capsules have not yet gone out to subscription customers but I’m not sure.

A lot of scammers out there and I hope people are not going to be suckered into paying for stuff they never receive @drmudlark .

Very true Colin, I’ve had that happen to me with an online purchase this year. Life is expensive enough without internet crooks.
However, sofi health is genuine so i don’t know what has happened here.

Im sure one of the team will be able to give you an answer tomorrow and expected date of delivery.

Perhaps so far you have just been charged for the pod and the spray charges will take effect when the capsules are posted?

Hi @LP13, thank you for your post - and happy to see that you heard back from some other Pioneers.

We did indeed launch our sofi subscriptions (for pre-order only) back in August for early Pioneers, and I can confirm that you have a successful purchase order with us. All subscriptions (no matter the plant) are currently pre-order only as we are in the process of manufacturing, testing, formulating, and assembling all our beloved new plant capsules and sofi pods.

Our ETA for first customer shipments is November, and of course, we’re doing everything we can in the meantime to speed things along!

Should you have any questions about your subscription, or how it works, please do not hesitate to ask. We cannot wait to get some plants for better sleep and calm into your hands, and stay tuned for an exciting announcement going out tomorrow morning (posted in the treehouse and sent via email) for all Pioneers!

According our previous contact i would like to inform iam leaving uk and i am in force to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund thank you and iam sad i didnt test your product.

Hi @LP13, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you need to cancel your subscription pre-order. At this time, we are only able to ship within the US and UK, but when that changes we’ll be sure to let you know! :earth_americas:

I’ve gone ahead and refunded your pod purchase and cancelled further transactions on subscription moving forward.
