I have finished the Ashwagande pods. Am I supposed to click on finish study? I received Valerian refill capsules a couple weeks ago. Can I go ahead and start using those?

Yes, you can definitely end the study in your journey map and switch to Valerian!
Just remember to keep journaling regularly throughout:)
