Hey im new to this site… im on day 4 of my journal… im really struggling with sleeping and anxiety so i really can’t wait to receive my pod and spray to hopefully help me to settle and sleep better

It’s great to have you here @Kirsty1990 and warmest of welcomes to our little community. We have been entirely blown away by how supportive and empathetic our fellow Pioneer are and how incredibly patient the community has been with us as we develop sofi for the world. 
We can’t wait to get some formulations into your hands and see what discoveries sofi can make for you in your search for more sleep and calm!
