Can’t journal as the page goes blank. I’m using a Samsung galaxy note 20.

I had to uninstall the app then reload seems to of helped. I have Samsung s22 ultra

I am having same issue. New update just keeps rashing on Samsung fold 4

I’m got the same issue this morning too …clicked on ‘journal now’ & next page is pretty blank with no ability to journal.
My phone did an operating system update this morning so don’t know if that has affected it…
Have uninstalled & rei stalled the app & now working

We are really grateful for the screenshot provided here, as that helps us alot. Could you please confirm whether re-downloading the app has fixed this for you at all? I imagine you may have been caught between two updates, resulting in the glitch shown above.

I had this problem and had to update the app and reset my phone, and still didn’t work, it sent me to a white screen so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it seem to be working!

Try it now @StaceyTsReviews … the team managed a major push and my app is back up and running
