8 day’s ago I received an email asking me for a £10 deposit for my first shipment of sprays and pod. I paid the deposit and the money has been taken from my account but still not a sight of my 1st Consignment? I received an email containing an invoice showing my address and £10 taken I have emailed customer service twice and no reply…, I am getting slightly worried as to if I’ll ever receive my goods I’ve stuck with visiting Tree House and posting, Been avidly journaling daily for over 8 months
I’m beginning to think that I’ve been strung along and taken for a mug. Seeing my Goods actually arriving or receiving some Carrier information about my Delivery would be a hopeful sign, I’ve heard too many excuses. Please can anyone shine a light on what carrier they use and how long from placing your first order did it take for you delivery to arrive? The Anxiety of not sleeping is bad enough but all this is making matters worse, I’d be grateful for any help from anyone out there on this platform who is listening. many thanks in advance A.

Hi! Thanks for your comments @Eagleeyes3 and @RM23 and thrilled to have you onboard for our study with all three of our most effective plants. I hope to be able to ease your concerns, and can confirm that the first wave of pioneers packs will be shipping by the end of this week.
We wanted to provide plenty of time for all pioneers to order their packs, and to be able to confirm numbers prior to the filling and hand-assembling of each of our starter packs! As of yesterday, however, they were officially collected by our fulfilment centre to be shipped today and tomorrow. 
I hope that helps to clarify, and we’ll send an email as final confirmation once they’ve shipped (as well as tracking details that you should receive from the courier itself) xx

Our capsules are filled, packs hand-assembled, and orders are finally ready to go out! The first wave was approved for shipment yesterday, and we’ll have our second wave together by the end of next week. For those who placed their deposits right away, your starter packs will be making it into your hands in the next 3-5 days! 
We’ll send another email as soon as we have confirmation that they are en route, and you should receive additional tracking details from Evri via our fulfilment centre “Hubboo”
We can’t wait to see what discoveries you make with each of our plants @Casino, and wishing you a restful holiday season ahead!
Just to provide an update, mine has arrived. I really like the branding and packaging. But I generally think Sofi’s branding is good. Now need to decide what one to try first.

Which of the plants are you leaning towards first?
I have loaded passiflora. Just liked the sound of it. I have tried ashwagandha in pill form before, and it made me feel a bit spaced out, so I thought I would leave that one to last.
Aww why am i a little bit jealous lol I paid a few weeks ago now but still waiting eagerly for mr post man and parcel man every day. There i am sat on the stairs thinking today is the day and then all i get is that familiar sound of every day bills and junk mail hitting the floor. It actually hurts my heart waiting that much i some times just look at the pile of envelopes that jave just fallen through the door i get up to gather them up and instead i just walk away and leave them there till i feel positive once again! ( this is actually a joke but by gum I am awaiting the delivery so patiently and cant wait to start using the products) merry christmas/happy holidays everyone have a good one and make memories they last so much longer xxx
