Today I received the email to let me know that my pioneer pack will be sent out in the next 3 days! 
I’m so excited and can’t wait to try all 3 sprays. I’m very hopeful that they’ll work for me

Could i ask how soon after you paid your deposit did you recieve this email?

I received an email inviting me to pay the deposit through the link. As soon as I paid the £10 deposit, I received another email advising that my pioneer kit would be shipped out within the next 3 days. I also received a receipt for the deposit. I hope this information helps you
