Hi all can someone explain to me how this works? I have to journal for 10 days before they send out the pod???

Hi Carli, apparently so, thats what iv taken from this… or we have to wait for the next herb?

That’s correct carli. 1st you will be prompted to give your address after you have done at least 10 days background journalling. Then you will be sent a pebble - your sofi surprise - to confirm that the pods and sprays will reach you. They are expensive to be lost in the post so sofi send out their surprise first.
You will receive your pod and sprays when the next batch is completed, as long as you continue to journal.
