I have just started my 3rd pod but as soon as I put it in the holder it instantly changes from 70/70 to 00/70

Until a team member comes along, have you tried " Reset sprays" ??
Thats one of the across screen buttons under My sofi, treehouse, notifications, manual sprays etc.
I pressed that when i got to 0/70 on the first valerian pod and put in my second pod. Pressing reset sprays took it to 70/70.

Thanks for that. I’ve just tried the “reset sprays” and it has worked. I knew there was a way of doing it but I couldn’t remember how🙂

Thankfully with the introduction of RFID’s (little electronic ID tags is the way I understand them) for each of our plant pods next Program, we’ll be able to differentiate between pods, even of the same colour and flavour, effortlessly and the app should therefore be able to recognise spray count (70/70) much better
