Well I’m having a, fortnightly treatment, too help with, my deep sleep, because my light sleep is, stupid high!!!

Ahhh, but half an ass, my Honor band 5, failed to read my sleep, but I felt better in the morning.
Still gave me a, total sleep time, of 7 hours and 21 minutes, but I really wanted to know, my deep sleep time.
I personally say, we need 3 hours +, for your noggin to feel better, just my view on it.
