Well I’ve finished No.1 spray and i did see some noticeable affects like i was sleeping a tad better and less stressed… although the taste… Yucky!!! Especially the first time. After a few day over gotten used to the taste and dont dred using it half as much.

I hope No.2 taste better! Onwards and upwards!!:blush:
