Why is it i have been doing this for months and still haven’t had any sprays or pod sent thru I’ve done my journal everyday now and am feeling kinda deflated and thinking this is a waste of time if you dont recieve your pioneer pack. Please can someone assure me this is genuine thank you

if you look at the updates (im not sure howxto tag on here) but there have been so many people signed up, the next rollout is aimed for December. Just under the guidelines, youll see an UPDATE post that explain. Good kuck. Im waiting on mine too but pls be reassured its authentic

As @ScottishAnne and @drmudlark mentioned, you can learn about our latest updates in an assigned treehouse post. We are expecting to start shipment of next Pioneer Pack wave in Jan/Feb and our next plant is chamomile! 
Alternatively, if you wish to receive your Pack earlier, you can pre-order a subscription with sofi in order to guarantee shipment of your Pioneer Pack in September and every month after. More information on that can be found in the post after the link as well:)

No thanks I’m going to give up now and delete the app as when i signed up in march they said within two weeks its a joke and i wouldn’t be able to afford a subscription

Your concerns and complaints are completely valid. The truth of the situation is that we are only a small startup and have been entirely transparent about the harvest and production times as soon as we have been aware of them ourselves.
Unlike a commercial or man-made products, our formulations are at the mercy of harvest times and mother nature’s production plan - so we are really sorry to hear that you feel like you have been strung along.
Our promise remains, the Pioneer Program will be free and those with a reserved Pioneer Pack will receive a Starter Pack following production in Dec later this year. We know that the wait time can be frustrating, but we are doing everything we can to speed our time (and quantity of production up) so that we can get sofi into your hands - as well as hundreds of other patient Pioneers - as fast as we possibly can.

Ok I’ll keep going it is handy to record my bad sleep and servere anxiety. I am a paitent person i just thought ot was a scam as so many things are these days. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and im sorry for being moody wirh you

same here we’ve been journalling daily for months participated in every aspect required and it seems that because it’s become popular were not needed anymore as they can make money instead I feel like it’s been a big old waste of time . But we gave them data needed to launch subscription

agreed they’ve used us as a tester and now selling the products at extortionate prices and now saying it will be jan 24 before pioneers get a sample

Its becoming a joke tbh
No one has said pioneers aren’t needed anymore , sofi has thrived on the pioneer program to the point it’s able to come to the market , but as it’s been stated before it is only a small start up as with any start up , it needs to eventually be able to make money to continue. I’ve been here since the start as yes the wait times can be frustrating but it’s worth it in the long haul. No pioneer is left behind

Im having the exsact same problem and just keep being told its will arrived this is now several months ago im also feeling deflated and thinking of deleting the app amd forget it , few of my friends and famoly are having the same problem to , not a good start for a new brand really
agreed hun, it feels like they’ve strung us pioneers on along the way and now saying you can purchase it at extortionate prices. Its not good publicity at all. So many people have the same problem.
