Really love my Valerian + Sofi. Ritual is to have it, followed by a cup of Chamomile tea in the early evening, slow down from the day and get great sleep. I also take magnesium at night for general health. A perfect ritual for restful sleep. PS. NO TV or NEWS before heading off to bed!
