Yes I got my envelope and a £1.50 underpaid postal charge!
Which is mad as its such a lightweight package

I had the same. Held hostage for £1.50. Doesn’t make sense.

That is maddening- takes the shine off receiving small packages. Royal Mail postage is calculated on size too - if it won’t go through the narrow gauge slot then higher postage is required regardless of weight. Hope you get it sorted and enjoy your gift x

I agree we looked at size and weight and we felt our pebbles were not far enough. Going forward we are moving them to first class! Anyone who was charged please message me directly and we will fully reimburse our travel ticket of our lovely sofi surprise. My email kaveh@sofi.health. Xx
