Hi Kaveh,

Thank you for your help, I have a new phone but it is not letting me log into the app saying my email is invalid it’s definitely this email address. Help! I was to start with Sofi xx

Hi Sammy, just a suggestion because it happened to me and a couple of others … check that there is no space after your email.
I figured that was the problem but it took a while because i was using autofill.
Kaveh is usually about in the evening so may be able to help if that isn’t the problem :slightly_smiling_face:

I was very happy to receive my pioneer pack today. However, I was very disappointed to find the package open with no product inside. I looked at the camera and I can see the box slightly open when it was delivered. I reached out to FedEx hoping I could get in contact with the delivery driver but I was told to contact sofi so they can deal with FedEx. Help. I need advice on what to do. Thank you.

Many thanks Sofi team I have received my Ashwaganda pack and successfully paired up the the stick with the app. Wanted to say that the flavour is great compared with the valerian, I am using the light brown Ashwaganda. So A+++ on the flavour :+1::grin:

Love the new pod, the lock feature is such an excellent idea as it was difficult to store the old one anywhere where it could be accidentally activated! :orange_heart: it!
Just out of interest what is the vertical slot for just above the lock slide?

It’s amazing cause @oliver75gaskell i think you’ve seen every generation of sofi build from our very first prototype that was powered by a watch battery and had the ā€œtrigger of Thorā€ that you had to really press down hard to register and only registered if the app was open to this latest version which is USB C powered, has a smooth trigger and even a lock to protect those pockets … but you’re right - Ashwa is a long way away from Valerian in terms of taste profile :slightly_smiling_face::pray:

They are the outward design elements of the mechanical components that enable the downward press on the sofi pod to be digitally converted to a digital data point @oliver75gaskell … one allows the gentle glide down within the range of activating the pump head … another activates the switch on the electronics brain onboard your sofi pod. :pray:

Quick question, my first spray has run out but my app says I should have 15 sprays left, should I just move on to the next one or will that upset the app? Thanks! :slight_smile:
