Thank you Sofi team, my pioneer pack arrived yesterday… and it looks beautiful. I have only just managed to charge the stick due to a power cut yesterday. I’m looking forward to starting this journey with you and all the other pioneers :slightly_smiling_face:

Yay my sofi pack arrived late this afternoon……I’ve been charging the stick for the last 3hrs, but it’s still showing a red light! I’ll be up early tomorrow to check it and get started on this amazing journey.

I have broken my phone, is there anyway of using the Sofi app on my laptop?

That’s unfortunate @sammy thought maybe it will give you some rest from it! Our platform is designed for smartphones ( iOS or Android) snd needs that for maintaining a blue tooth connection and journalling … we don’t support tablets but have had a few pioneers install the app on the tablets and were able to use the platform (things just don’t look so good or work so well) … we aren’t supporting desktop applications as that would stretch our current team too far sadly. Good luck with getting back up (and enjoy the quiet) … :pray:

After the update, sofi app did not work on my smart phone. However, I was able to install it on my iPad. I have two emails and was not able to use my original email that I signed up on sofi app so I was forced to use my second email and now it looks like I am very new. I hope I also get considered to get my S3 pioneer packet. It will benefit me greatly.

Hi, I have the same issue as sarahmay… I recevied the email for delivery. Had updated my address in Jan 23, then again in the new app but my sofi has been delivered to my old address, need advice please. Many thanks :blush:

Hi @emmairwin35, have you received the tracking information as of yet? If not, I suspect it will shortly be with you and if not, then certainly by the end of the day :love_letter:

@macky.lisa and @sarahmay86 - thank you both for you patience while we figure out exactly what has gone amiss. The new app is a blank slate in that it should not be possible for an older address to have be retrieved - so we are investigating this as a priority.

In the meantime, we will get a new Pioneer Pack on it’s way to you both, however, we also ask for your support in trying to recover the old ones as we reserve each and every one of our packs for pioneers months ahead of time.

If there is any previous landlord/contact you have that could potentially assists with this, please let us know. I will be reaching out shortly to confirm correct address and ensure that it is registered in the system moving forward.

Hi Alex, thank you for the update.
I have emailed my old landlord to see if there is anyone living the property or if not see if i can arrange to meet someone there to collect it, no responce as of yet but ill keep you updated many thanks :blush:
