I think all the countryside in the UK is beautiful… everything seems vibrant and green. I’d love to visit one day but with how :crazy_face: The world is today I don’t know when or if that’ll happen.

Just picking up on your original post @Aaron - sorry i got sidetracked :blush:

I have had several patients over the years who have encountered health problems that began when their shift pattern changed. Most often to do with sleep patterns but also thyroid health.

One in particular found his thyroid became affected when his 8 hour night shift was changed to permanent 12 hours.

Because lack of sleep and increased stress suppress your immune function directly it makes perfect sense that you are catching one virus after another.

So anything you can do to support your immune system might be helpful there.
