It arrived today and I have taken a photo but can’t see anywhere in my account with a link that allows me to do so. What do I do?

Hi @cbryce54 - thanks for your post!
You can upload your photo via the app by navigating to your pioneer journey map ( 
icon) and tapping the current highlighted milestone. A button should pop-up there allowing you to select the option to upload a photo 
Please let me know if you get stuck!

Hi Alex good morning to you and all at Sofi. I was about half way through the pod when it stopped recording and when I went to pair the pod the above came up but I only had about 40 sprays left in the capsule not a full one as shown above.

Thank you Catherine! I believe our dev team is already investigating this issue with RFID that for some reason has affected a handful of Pioneer between last night and this morning!
Super grateful for your patience and hope to have it resolved ASAP
