Unable to upload pebble, so posted pic here

Hi there, i couldnt upload a pic of my pebble, is this ok?

Hi @Aggietrac - we’ll want to make sure that your photo can be uploaded directly via the sofi app (for those not involved in our fragrance trials).

Could you walk me through - or provide an screenshots of what may be preventing the upload?

You should be able to go to your pioneer journey map (compass icon) and tap on the highlighted milestone in order to upload! Please let me know if it works!

I have an old phone and several things don’t work on it, I’m due an upgrade next month but until then the best I can do is send that photo.

I have an older android also. I had to update the OS from samsung and then update sofi app in playstore.
Ive attached a photo. Click into your app, the button on far right (compass) follow the step stones ,each will have an instruction. Good luck
