I know for sure my surprise has been delivered to the wrong address, i have no access to that address and evri still havent got back to me either, so im wondering what would be the best thing to do??

I can go ahead and get a replacement surprise on its way, but we’ll want to make sure we have the correct address to avoid the next delivery going astray.
