on my second capsule and if im being honest im not a huge fan of the smell… but will continue and will be trying my 3rd one i n a few days cant wait to see how it is

Got my box yesterday!
Good evening. I received my pack today. Stick charged and linked to phone. I think I’ve broken it though, the top won’t go back on.

The capsule is inserted through the bottom, although you may know this. But have you tried unscrewing the bottom, removing the capsule and then put the top back on before putting the capsule in again?
Sorry if you know all this; just thought it worth a try!

Hi @Sharon48 - Oh no! Thanks for attaching this screenshot. I think we’ll need to collect your unit for a repair, unless you are able to somehow get the top section back on… was there a drop or fall that caused this to happen?
If so, please let us know details of the height, what happened etc, as this will help us prevent it from happening again.

Hi @Katulu82 - thanks for your post. I can confirm that your sofi surprise pebble was shipped July the 8th July, which means it probably should have made it to you by now, so I’ve gone ahead and re-added you to the shipping list. Another one will shortly be headed your way
