I think @drmudlark has covered all the questions that i had, but i somehow didnt finish the last question as i had to keep taking my keyboard down to move the cursor, i was wondering about if anyone had allergies or medical problems. I ran things past my oncologist, he was happy for me to try it, and I’m so glad i did, but others may have allergies, or something, would there be a list of ingredients, before i found out about my cancer, if I’d seen sofi advertised, I’d have jumped in without thinking, it seems that even the smallest task i undertake now has to have thought, sorry bad day with stoma and not planning for a quick jaunt to the shop for bread, disaster, but there’s others out there that have to worry about their allergies and meds and if they’ll interact badly. I guess you’ve thought about this and have already got it in hand, but thought I’d check. I’d certainly subscribe. But how do you select your first plant? Valerian didnt help me as much as passiflora and ashwagandha, and i know we’re all different, just wondered how you choose, or if you choose your first plant, if you’ve never been a pioneer, then you wouldnt know which worked better. Im sure all this will be covered.

Hi missTQ, yes i also wondered how people new to the system would know, but josif answered this above when he said that customers would be given 3 sprays to start and then feedback from their journalling would inform which one/s seemed to be working best for them :grinning:

Like you, i think Passiflora and Ashwa worked better for me than Valerian which i thought had rather the reverse effect too! But it’s all rather a distant memory now. It will be interesting to see results of the analysis.
Take care

I confess I skimmed through some of the answers, @drmudlark but glad to know they think of everything, means they’re doing their due diligence, hopefully the list of ingredients will help most others too, unless they have an allergy they don’t know about. I was stung by a wasp when I was a young kid, no more than 7, then was stung again when I was 22, by that time I’d become allergic and went into anaphylaxis shock, luckily I was on my way to the Dr’s, and was stung just out side, they had a wasps nests on their eaves they didn’t know about. But it made me wonder about allergies and if people know they’re allergic to things, I hadn’t thought about it until I was stung as an adult, now I have my epipen wherever I go, my bag keeps getting bigger as I age, the things I have to carry around, and I just not bothered with a bag for nearly 10 years until last November and had my stoma, now I have to remember to take everything, including a change of clothes wherever I go, fingers crossed it’ll be reversed when the chemo has done its job, and then maybe I can once again get rid of the bag!! Sofi was a life changer for me, passiflora worked so well, as has ashwagandha it helped me fall asleep quicker, though I still wake up every 60 to 90 mins, but drop off again quicker, unless a neighbour is having one of her many rants, vulgar and screaming, she’s off her meds ad you’d think someone was with her, but she lives alone, I’m trying to get something sorted, she gets committed once a year on average, for a few months, then they send her home and she doesn’t take her meds. She verbally abuses her sister, the only person who visits her and takes her shopping, if it was me I’d have given up long ago. I know she has a mental problem, but the meds work, she just refuses to take them and as a consequence rants at all times of the day and night, multiple times a day. I guess its something to focus on, rather than my problems!!

I have filled in the survey. I received my sofi present but still have not received anything else. Will I be receiving my pioneer pack as stated on my app? I’m really struggling currently with sleep so this would be really good to have and test out. I did like the survey and that it took you through a scenario! I felt fully in it! I got a bit scared at one point it felt that real!

Yes, you will receive your pack once the next sprays are processed and ready to go out.

Just check under the compass icon at the bottom of the app page that you have covered all steps necessary to receive the trial sprays.

I suggest that you search in the Treehouse (the usual magnifying glass icon) for something like ‘how long for my pod to arrive’. That question and similar has been asked many times in the last month and you will be able to read lots of answers which will inform you more than if i just type an answer to you here. :slightly_smiling_face:

Done  was really quick to do. Loved the colour options

I do think though that you need to make sure none of the plant options interact with medication people may be on as the survey wasn’t that clear re that

Good point, but maybe sofi could just suggest somewhere that customers check their own medication interactions, if any, or check with their GP.

Sofi cant be expected to check all possible medications and interactions; companies selling natural supplements certainly don’t. I doubt very much that there are many interactions with the Sofi herbal sprays, and their herbal expert @pamelaspence is very knowledgeable and experienced from treating her clients with herbs.

I know that there are some herbal supplements and anti-inflammatory pain killers that i perhaps shouldn’t take with blood thinners, unfortunately because i find some things like tumeric helpful for arthritis, but i feel it is up to me to look up anything i may wish to take as well as my prescription medications.

In terms of Apple Health, I know that in the new update of iOS 17 and WatchOS 10 there will be updates regarding mood tracking: maybe in a next Sofi App update, this could be a new feature? (Just giving an idea :bulb::sparkles:)

Also, if Apple Health was able to connect to the Sofi App, there would be clear advantages in tracking the sleep time and the quality of the sleep (is Sofi Users have an Apple Watch/ Google Fit, even better!)

I’m so excited to be part of this journey with you guys!!! :sparkles::fire:

That’s awesome @Armaan! I had no idea they would be incorporated a mood feature too. I can confirm that our Apple Health / Google Fit compatibility handshake is coming soon!

HI @Bubscarabrad I mentioned it too, and agree with @drmudlark so many things that sofi people are doing, we too have to be diligent, which is why before I embarked on my sofi journey I asked about whether it’d be ok for me, and the team gave me a list of ingredients, which i ran past my oncologist, and that was passiflora, when we moved on to ashwagandha I did the same, as I know that some meds may interact with my treatment, especially since I’m now having chemo, luckily I’m not on anything that will clash. But you also have to remember to look at any over the counter meds you are using too. But it being all plant based, its unlikely to have too many bad intereactions. But I could be wrong there, always a good idea to check. For allergies too.

Integrating with Apple Health would be awesome! I rely so much on it to keep track of my day-to-day medications — yes, plural kkkkry (meme)

I often forget of taking my sprays after dinner and/or before go to bed. Sometime I don’t remember if I already took the sprays as well. Having that info available on Health would be awesome.

Not to mention I could export all my current medications — with reports of when I took them — and send to my physicians whenever they ask for it.

I think wearables are smart watches and fitbits etc. Anything that uses Bluetooth.

You’ve definitely read our mind on this one @Armaan … stay tuned … super amazed how many of our pioneers wear a tracker or have data on apple health google fit … sofi is in the process of handshaking with about 400 devices which will then allow your journalling data to also be enriched by what is “sensed” with your smartphone, watch or bracelet or ring in our ever more connected lives
