Hi welcome. I joined not so long ago . Doing the journal each day has made me realise quite how exhausted I constantly am and with a record of hours slept ( or not slept !!) it has highlighted the big problem. I so very much hope this journey can get me back into a better place. Good luck Greasley.24
I’m also glad I dound sofi, the community it great and the project seems like a blessing, as caroline mentioned using the journal helps to learn how your sleep can affect your mood, I’ve not been here long but every time I journal I also think how I am genuinely feeling at the time which isn’t something I would normally tend to take notice of, I think it’s healthy to just take some time (even if only a minute or two) to think about how you feel and how you would like to feel. The ‘bubbles’ seem to be a very effective way to visualize it rather than just running the thought round the brain and eventually getting distraced haha
