Two different people, coming together with each their own life experiences is always going to be hard.
Patience and communication is key of course but even then it’ll never be easy.
I guess we all just have to keep trying and eventually we will find someone who has the patience to get to know us and for us to have the patience and understanding to accept that no one is perfect.

Relationships are always hard and something you have to continuously work at.
But one thing I always have to remind myself is that the other person is in their heads just as much as I am, and I’m not alone in how I feel, so all the more reason to have patience with eachother! 🩷
I agree with Vincent tho, communication is key!! 
I have actually even written and recorded a song about this exact subject

Hmmm, if it’s on any kind of platform like sound cloud it should be fine with a link. Otherwise if it’s only possible as a file, let me know the extension (.mp3?) and I’ll see if I can add it.

It’s about trying to explain to someone you’re having a relationship with that you have anxiety, and just trying to communicate to them why you are the way you are and how it affects you xx
I have lots of others, i try to always write about life experiences/relationships, as people can always relate, and if they help even 1 person to not feel so alone, then I’ve done my job

I was recording an album to put out myself after ghost writing for about 15 years, but unfortunately, I was struggling with my voice when I was recording. I’ve been to see a specialist and unfortunately, I have just been diagnosed with nodjules on my voice box!
It was a massive knock to my confidence and I had to make either the heartbreaking decision to just continue writing for other people, or have an operation which would mean delaying release for 2-3 years! 
I work for an amazing urban music label tho, and as one door closed, another opened, and I’ve now been offered the opportunity to manage my own artists!
So am very excited for the next chapter in my life!

This is so interesting, I would love to have studied this, I find people’s behaviour absolutely fascinating!!! Im a bit of an observer/people watcher myself, and began doing sociology and psychology at college, but I gave it up due to an opportunity with my singing, but I wish so much that I’d have carried it on!
And how lovely that u finally found your person, and was married to them literally a couple of weeks before I was born!!! 🩷🩷
I 100% believe in there being someone for everyone, it just takes some of us longer to find it. But you are living proof that it’s worth the search, 40 yrs of marriage and still going strong, that’s such an amazing achievement, and so lovely to hear, especially these days!
People are always looking for a better version of what they have, and are so quick to give up on relationships instead of appreciating and fighting for what they already have!
