Though it was a bit disheveled-apparently customs needed to rummage through it so I thought it was broken but it is working. I accidentally sprayed myself while trying to set up and the smell was (for lack of a better description) like ass - and since it is called “nude” I was really afraid to taste it:rofl:… however, the “woodsy” taste comes through and I actually find it almost pleasant 
it didn’t seem to register the sprays in my app but I realized I’d already journaled today so it will tomorrow I’m sure. So excited, thank you!!

So pleased yours has made it and they did get a special treatment at Us customs so may have shown up rather disheveled looking … would be great to know if your app and sofi sick are pairing and registering … you will notice that if you open the app when you spray and it shows the bottle in there with a counter 70/70 on the screen … and as you spray it should begin to count down 69/70 … 68/70 … let me know how you get on and so happy the box is with you! xx 
“Special treatment” indeed 
Mine finally arrived today, too! 
But sadly it looked just like yours because of US customs as well, and I also thought that they broke the Sofi stick as it was in pieces. One of the sprays leaked a little bit in the box as it had lost the cap, and yes, I have to agree, that smell caught me a little bit off guard, too.
Right now I’m trying to get the app to register the different bottles correctly but it only works correctly for number 3, then says number 2 for both others and when empty… 
I’ve been trying for a while now and I wonder if it’s the cap that I had to push back on gently without wasting the spray. 
At least it recognizes the one I have to start my spraying and journaling with tonight.

Nice… gotta love US Customs! Honestly, I was surprised mine wasn’t broken as, like yours, it has obviously been taken apart and was no longer seated properly in the box. The stick was in pieces too.

Well, I’m just glad that they released the package after it had been delayed. 
I live in the desert of the Central Valley , about half an hour north of Bakersfield.

We have seen this problem before Sky … our electronics engineer is giving me some advice to share here shortly … but our thinking is that there is interference happening with the sensors due to the severe level of love that customs have shown to some our S1 units entering the Land of the Free!!
