Valerian due to arrive today. On the app it says my next step is sofi surprise. Not right. How do I get app to track valerian refills?

I am not able to help much but once I had received my valerian pack I made sure that Bluetooth on my phone was on and then paired up with my stick. It’s still saying next step is Sofi surprise on one page but the sprays are still being recorded so I don’t think you need worry. Unless the Sofi team members tell us differently!

My app resolved the problem on its own. All seems ok now. Thanks.

Good to hear, mine remains the same but it is not affecting anything so I am just going to leave be!
