I watched the film and while it is very clearly a sales pitch, I agree with what the guy says about the common uses of ashwagandha. It is a wonderful medicinal plant. However I am mindful that one size does not fit all and whereas many, many people will benefit, it won’t be the right plant for others.
Having said that, for every litre of most herbs I dispense every week, I tend to dispense two litres of ashwagandha- so I definitely rate it pretty highly!
Ashwaganda is amazing for so many things!
