I have tried everything from turning the blue tooth off and on a few times and turning off my phone but I can’t get the pod to connect like I had yesterday

Thanks for your post - are you still having trouble getting them both to pair?
When you have a moment it would be great to confirm whether there are any blue or green lights that appear when the pod is trying to connect to the app - if not, you may be out of battery charge!
Look forward to hearing back and hope to get you up and running again soon!
