I did have a look but I’m still unable to connect it
The light coming on is a really good sign! So I am confident this is something we’ll be able to get solved!
Could you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? This can sometimes act as a re-boot - and I know when it comes to pairing, a few Pioneers have had success with this.
Should it still not work, I suggest we organise a quick zoom to make note of anything odd happening - and tagging @Kirill here in case there is anything to add.

I’d say it’s more about logging out and logging back in than app re-install. But worth trying both, why not!
Okay so, I logged out then back in and seems it had logged me into a different account before, which could of been the issue.
I have now got the pod paired and formulation is in.
