I’m finding that my pod is very temperamental. It doesn’t always connect to app and I’m finding the green light flashing on a regular basis despite it charging for hours….

Hi @Julesp - thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that your battery life is giving you grief. Is there a particular message that displays when your pod is unable to connect to the app?
I’m thinking that it may be worth collecting your pod for repair (and a firmware upgrade which will significantly fix the battery drain problem). Depending on where you are with your current formulations, let me know what would be most convenient as it may take 1-2 weeks to get back to you should we go ahead with the repair.

It just says unable to connect. It’s working again now but it did this before. I’ll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
