Hi all.
Just received an email informing me that a valerian refil is winging its way to me. Couldn’t be happier as my current ashwagandha spray is almost finished and i have noticed a (very much needed) improvement in my sleep patterns this last 4 or 5 days. The difference in my wellbeing is truly remarkable, i had forgotten what its like to not be constantly tired/run down.
Hopefully this formulation will have a similar, if not better effect. Only one way to find out!

I just got email to I’m getting to try the passiflora version. Can’t wait to give this a try, as same with you ashwangha was amazing for me.

Lucky you! Ive not looked into the passiflora spray yet. Here’s hoping i can trial that at a later date.

Almost finish ashwagandha, valerian next. 
I have had trouble falling asleep for years now sometimes taking 2 or 3 hours before I drop off, also wake up 3am most nights then can’t get back to sleep.
Am spraying 3 sprays just before I go to bed am getting off to sleep then when I wake at 3am (? Why is it always 3am:thinking:) I do another 3 sprays & hey presto! get back to sleep until 5am when I’m quite happy to get up & start my day feeling refreshed after 6 hours good quality sleep. 
the valerian works as well.
Have been under a lot of stress over the last 2 years although my husband is still very ill, by me getting sleep helps me deal with the situation. Hoping other people have had good results too.

The ashwagandha has definitely helped the passiflora did not seem to make a difference.
Falling asleep is not a problem but when I wake in the night I cannot get back to sleep however this has helped and I have been getting back to sleep with this pod and I even slept until 4.30 one night which is a miracle for me.
Looking forward to the valerian.
My only difficulty is the pod not connecting.

Hi @cheriesuz - it’s so great to see you in the treehouse and apologies for the delay in getting back to you over the weekend.
As far as troubleshooting the connection with your smart pod, it would be great to understand a bit more about the problem.
Could you please confirm whether you sofi pod been recently charged, as it won’t be able to connect if the battery is low.
Then, what happens for you when trying to pair with the sofi app? Does the correct formulation display on the screen, so that you can watch the spray count go down by one number with each press (69/70…68/70…67/70… etc)?
Of course, if you have a moment to provide a quick screenshot that would be huge help - and also help others who may be experiencing something similar. 
Look forward to hearing back and so glad that the ashwagandha has made a noticeable impact!

Hey have you received your valerian yet? I’m still waiting for my passiflora, said it was on its way, but no tracking info yet
@alexwalkerjones I am excited to try another plant, am I on the list for the Valerian or the Passiflora?

Got up this morning (umpteen times) to find an email with tracking info for my new valerian pack! Cant wait to give it a shot. Coincidentally had a terrible nights sleep last night so this brightened my morning mood
