Feeling better in body & mind

Felt better this morning , i did a stretch out Yoga & meditation last night I instantly feel better when I’ve had a long day, working at a computer all day is very intense even though I go for a regular break it’s no good for my back pain sitting for long periods of time. I went for a walk when I got up, sun was out makes me feel so much more happier, went for another walk lunch time, going for another one shortly.


Love getting out in the fresh air for a walk. Such a good feeling! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
