Hi there, so I finished my s2 sprays a while ago and am now wondering what happens next? I thought there might be a (fuller) questionnaire asking about my experience on it but as there’s little room for meaningful input on the app, I’m not even sure it’s registered that I’ve finished the sprays. Is there something I should be doing? Do I hold on to the spray bottles or return them?

I can confirm that as an active sprayer, you are qualified for a 30 day refill of valerian (the first plant sofi activated for better calm and sleep) which we should be shipping out this week!
You would have received an email to confirm your interest in trying valerian on Tuesday, however I’ve just resent that to you again (so please let me know whether it makes it to you!)
Alongside our shipment of valerian (should you choose to opt-in) we’ll also be providing prepaid return envelopes for your empty passiflora and valerian pods. If you prefer not to take part in the Refill Program, you’ll still get the chance to participate in our S3 Program with Ashwagandha, and you can find all updates on that here: S3 Pioneer Program | updates

Absolutely @cathy! The refill packs ended up being too small to ship prepaid collection envelopes in - but for the S3, I’ve just confirmed that everyone will receive envelopes to return their plant pods! We’ll take as many as you can fit!
