Im so excited to recieve my pack, im all set up and have done one set of sprays already! So far so good 
This has made me feel so happy today, cant thank all at Sofi enough for this opportunity. Looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few nights.

Hi…yes I’m totally thrilled to try the sprays and finding the sofi stick easy to use and the flavour is good. I track my sleep with a fitbit and have noticed that my HRV has increased since the night I started with the sprays, and I’m waking a little less. I’m not sure if it’s significant yet but I will continue to monitor it.
