Yes, it’s free. Return envelopes are only in the UK I think.

I think it is super that Sofi is running this trial for free and all for a bit of commitment from us by keeping up with the journal! I am desperate to find something natural that helps me and hopefully all the other people taking part. Many thanks Sofi
