Hi, again I may be getting the wrong end of the stick from reading tree house posts, but there’s something I want to check.
I understand that after finishing the trials,if i wish to continue using sofi, I’ll need to pay for it, after all it is a product and service, but a couple of the posts sounded as if people were being retroactively charged for what they had used during the trial and i wanted to check if that was the case as I belived these items were free.

Im not sure which posts led you to believe that. They are free. Sofi would never charge for the free trials, let alone retroactively. Sofi is a small and very honest company, which at this stage and for the past 20 months or so, has been conducting free trials to test and improve their product. So please be reassured.
The survey about subscriptions is just a scenario of how things might be when sofi are ready to sell their products, to get your feedback. You are not asked for any bank details neither are you committed to buy anything in here.
In the rare event that you receive any emails that ask for your address and bank details, they will be a scam. Just report them to @alexwalkerjones

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and the reassurance. I thought I’d probably misunderstood, but as with my mess up between the fragrances and consumable products, I thought I better check.
I’ve love using Sofi and they are really helping with sleep and relaxation.

Are you using the new fragrance pods, or the herbal mouth sprays?
I’m curious to know which of these you have found helpful. I think it’s just some new pioneers who are trying the fragrances so far. I found 2 out of the 3 mouth sprays helpful with getting to sleep, but not the Valerian which others have found good.
I have found it interesting to read that our individual reponses to different herbs can vary - we are all different and that is part of the point of the sofi programme, to treat us as individuals and not as a large amorphous group!

I’m using the herbal mouth sprays and I am finding them helpful and relaxing.
My earlier mistake was about the room sprays. I didn’t know that there was a room. Spray and when I saw people commenting on room sprays I was concerned that what I was swallowing was actually meant to.be room spray. This time I had seen posts that seemed to be talking about payments for.pods and sounded like paying for the trial pods,but they were not full conversions so I have obviously misunderstood,but I wanted to be sure.
I have loved using the pods and have found them very effective.
