Just wandering if people that have already used this can say how quickly it kicks in to feel the results?
I know with herbal stuff it can take a bit of time… thanks in advance

Are you asking about the herbal mouth sprays or the fragrance sprays?

I wasn’t even aware there are other products available… I’m just a noob lol
I didnt know was other products either. Thoughtwas only mouth spray.
Is good to find out is more on offer.
The fragrances are being tested on a small group of new pioneers i think, but what you are using makes a difference to the answer and other pioneers cant help if they dont know which.
Not all the mouth spray herbs affect everyone ( we are all different) but for the ones that have helped me seemed to work in a few days

Hi @JoyMarie83 - good question! With fragrances - especially functional ones designed to purposefully elicit a mood and wellbeing response - the effect is pretty instantaneous, unlike our ingestible plant remedies for sleep, that take around 10 days to build up in the body and produce an optimal effect.
Two of my pods were faulty so can’t give an accurate review but felt no different after the 1 pod that did spray.
I would not pay for a subscription when everything has been faulty, the sprays only accurately recorded on the app for the first day.
Stopped being able to log sleep after a couple of weeks.
Very disappointed as I desperately hoped it would help me sleep.
I think you must have been rather unlucky Mel; i have been fortunate and had no real problems with the 3 types of herb sprays and 2 types of pods that i have tried since the beginning of 2022.
The point of these trials, as well as observing benefits of different herbs to the sleep of individuals, is also to test out the spray pods before the products are available for sale, because these have been modified too for each new issue.
Our feedback will help with improvements and i doubt they will be available for sale until the team are happy with them.
I’m sure that on the rare occasion that the pods or capsules fail after they are sold, sofi will replace them for customers.
Sorry to hear that you can’t log your sleep. That seems unusual if you are doing the morning journal. Is this even when you are not using the sprays if they don’t work?
I assume that you have asked @alexwalkerjones to help with this? I’m sure that the team will do what they can to help you record your sleep journal. I hope you will be luckier with your next trial batch

This has been reported and looked in to. I am awaiting my new pods. No, I still can’t record sleep.
I understand how trials work and yes, I have been unlucky.
The app won’t even let me end the current study.
I had trouble ending mine too; had to try about 8 times i think. Not sure what made it work in the end …
Hi @mel-hardy - the issue with ending study should have been resolved about a week ago. Per Kirill’s advice: “Pioneers will just need to update to 3.3.4 (or leave their app open for an automatic codepush update that should occur after 10 seconds or so) and try again.”
Please let me know if that works for you at all. You can also delete the app and reinstall if the automatic code push doesn’t occur for you.
PS refills are going out today! Really sorry that there was a mechanical issue with 2/3 of your ashwagandha capsules. In case you still happen to have them on hand, we would able to resolve the “stuck” mechanism but running it under hot water for a minute or two.
