Hi, that’s normal. First you will receive your sofi surprise pebble at your address - this is to ensure that the pack will reach you when it is ready to go out. Once you upload a photo of your pebble in the app a pack will be reserved for you and will be sent out when the next herb has been processed ready to go out to trial.
Please check where you are in the steps under the compass icon to make sure you have completed the necessary steps.

We send out a pebble before reserving your Pioneer Pack in order to verify your address, so that once your Pioneer Pack is ready to ship it reaches you successfully.
Once your receive the pebble, you can refer to your journey map (compass icon) in sofi app to follow next steps of uploading a picture of your pebble and confirming your address!
I can see in the system that you are yet to submit a picture of your pebble. Since you have been waiting for quite a while, I am more than happy to re-add you to the shipping list so that your pebble reaches you in the coming weeks!
We are currently in the middle of changes in regards to our next production line, so please keep an eye out on your email and treehouse updates!
In the meantime, keep up the good journaling work and hopefully your pebble reaches you asap!
