I still haven’t received my Sofi pioneer pack or not had any emails about when it’s going to arrive 
it’s been ages since I received my Sofi surprise

Hi @StaceyTsReviews - I can confirm that your Pioneer Pack was handed over to our lab for shipment on the 24th May, have you received any tracking info at all (it may be worth checking junk/spam also)?
If not, please let me know and I’ll check in with them for a status update on your Pack asap

Hi @StaceyTsReviews,
I just touched base with our operations team and your wave of Pioneer Packs will be going out/shipping Thursday! We had to replenish our stock and assemble more Packs, so it’s just taking a day or two for us to catch up!
Expect to receive tracking by end of the day on Thursday!
