I’ve notice that I sleep quicker and longer. Still toss and turn depending how my day went. So far loving it!

It’s amazing to hear that you and ashwaghanda are slowly becoming good friends … can’t wait to see how you respond with the other plants as the team circle through our three power plants on this third-gen sofi platform in your hand @Fgilmore. You know we are going to release sofi with these three power plants - valerian, passiflora and ashwaganda and have every Pioneer try each for one month … it’s incredible to see how variable and deeply personal our responses are to these different plants
